"How much pressure can increase performance at the work place?"

This question comes under mediation model as one veriable can affect another. I will use experimental method of reasearch. I will choose this method because I have to find out the results by working upon various subjects with varying level of pressure. No other methedeology will be as successful as experimental method to find out the results. I will conduct my research upon working proffessionals. I will devide them into two groups and will keep varying the pressure upon them from seniors and management. I will record the data, analyse, and interpret it.
