Explanation / Answer

Many a times, we visit a health professional because we are afraid that we might fall terribly sick if we wait too long or ignore the intial signs of an ailment. We choose to take action rather than brushing it off of our shoulders. But it is also essential to realise that going to the doctor for every minor health ailment just makes us paranoid and dependent on medicines. Many a times, our bodies naturally heal and recover themselves from minor ailments, provided we provide our bodies with proper nutrients through a balanced diet and considerate amount of physical activity.Personally, I think we should avoid going to the doctor as much as possible, however, if there is a chronic ailment or serious symptoms of a health issue, one must cinsult the doctor. But in cases of common cold, temporary back pain, sprains, etc, one should believe in his/her body’s ability to recover.

Providing our bodies with proper nutrition and rest during such times is also crucial.Respecting our bodies and it’s needs is what most of us miss out on.All of us want to lead a sedentary lifestyle and also be fit at the same time. All of us want to eat junk, smoke and consume alcohol and stay healthy and not fall sick at the same time. One should realise that to earn something, one has to work towards it.Besides, our health is our greatest investment.
