Answer-
Bloodborne pathogens- The infection (Pathogen) incubated and develop in blood is called bloodborne pathogens. The infectious microbs in human blood which can cause disease in human being. These infection have broad category with including, HAV- hepatitis B, HCV- hepatitis C and HIV- human immunodeficiency virus which. exposure cause workers to bloodborne pathogens.
2. Discuss HBV transmission, symptoms and signs, prevention and treatment.
Answer-
Mode of transmission- Feco-oral route, Infected neeedls, unsafe sex.
Symptoms and sign- Jaundice, Feeling tired, Stomach ache, Nausea, Diarrhea, Anorexia and Fever with Headaches.
Prevention- Vaccines of hepatitis B, Washing hands after going to the bathroom and before fixing food or eating. Use latex condoms in sexual intercost, dispossible needles, use single toothbrushes, razors and nail clippers.
Treatment- Drug may used lamivudine and Adefovir Dipivoxil, Ribovarin.In some case there may need liver transplantation.

4. What precautions should a coach take when caring for a bleeding athlete on the field?
Answer-
Precautions should taken by coach-
The coach must take seriously for the use of universal precautions and primarily rubber or latex gloves. The sterile dressings and roller bandages should be close by and readily available to hold dressings in place and to apply direct pressure to the wound. Wounds may initially manage by direct pressing with elevation and pressure bandage. The use of a tourniquet is most important. In any case, the coach must be ready to provide appropriate acute wound care and subsequent cleansing and treatment of integumentary lesions.
