Explanation / Answer

JUMPING JACKS is an exercise movement where a person in a standing posture initiates jumps in sideward manner by widening or opening his legs and arms sideways and bringing them back to normal.this can be done several times with maximum repetitions depending on the persons endurance. To perform this activity various muscles of the body are activated to maintain the body against gravity and to perform the movement. The muscles involved in this movement work against gravity to maintain the posture erect and bring in the movement at different joints against gravity.
