Patient's mother has noticed that her urine is foamy and she has recently had frequent bouts of bedwetting during the night(no night time bedwetting since 5 years old. Patient complains of fatigue, joint pain, headaches and visual disturbances. The patient has also noticed severe peripheral edema around the eyes, legs and ankles that worsen during the day. Blood prressure of 122/82.

Diagnosis nephrotic syndrome

Mostly it is seen in children, which occurs due to kidney damage mainly it is associated with proteinuria, hypoalbimunemia both leads to oedema which is more in day, this stimulates lipoprotein and causes hyperlipidemia
