Remembering:

Sometimes I wander of]f while listening though I interpret what the other person is communicating but I fail to remember them. Because of this lack attention and focus in remembering my evaluation and giving appropriate feedback suffers.

Need to have more attention and focus to the matter that has been communicated. To have better remembering I should attach the message to a more meaningful concept that is related to me.
