The Charlotte Mecklenburg School (CMS) Board has approached you to consult with them regarding an issue they are interested in studying. Specifically, they would like to know how many of the undocumented children aged 5-18, who reside in Mecklenburg County, are enrolled in CMS schools. They are struggling to come up with a method of sampling the parents of these children to determine school enrollment. They have asked for your advice on this issue. Write a description of your advice to them which:
Identify the sampling technique you would use to get a sample of at least 100 persons to survey.

The Charlotte Mecklenburg School provides the best education to its students preparing every child to lead a rich and productive life, its aim is that each student of the school should achieve maximum academic career.
The board is interested in finding out the number of undocumented children of Mecklenburg county enrolled in their school , first of all US is facing many number of undocumented children they are those children who are staying in US without legal citizenship status. They are brought by their parents illegally. As a children, youth are granted education up to k-12 level regardless of citizenship status, after primary education the higher education does not give them same privilege, it is noted that many students finds this transition period stigmatized them being illegal.
As the aim of CMS board is that every child should have good and productive education it is better to find out their parents and their legal status, to get these children enrolled in the school in a legal way to save them traumatizing their life. The best sampling technique is to get the parents know 1.The future difficulty the children are going to face being illegally brought into United States, 2.The children who wants to pursue higher education will not assistance from institution and they will not be able to get federal and state ' Students financial aid".
The parents should be made aware that if the youth is not given proper guidance they can go into depression and be a negative force in the society. I think as far as possible to parents migrate to United States with intention of making their future bright,
Keeping in mind that youth who is brought as a child to United States and who has taken his stay legally, suddenly comes to know that his status is illegal traumatizes the life. To have access to higher education and a legal status, which brings with it the benefit, I think I will definitely get a sample of parents of undocumented children,
