Sobriety Houses: These are the houses being used for recovery of people from their issues or problems. This is a step is towards human support for helping them to recover from their mental/ stress /addiction/ other human behavioral issues.
The department of our choice is – People Care during their stay at Sobriety House.
Department Overall Mission : The overall mission of the department is to provide the best care services for the people during their stay at the Sobriety Houses, so that they feel better atmosphere than their home.
General Objective: Ensure 100% care staff availability to support the people during their stay at Sobriety house.
Functional Objectives: Following are the functional objectives which can support the general objective are as below
Procedure for the functional Objective:Ensure 100% certification for the care staff at Sobriety house.
The procedure for the objective would be as below
Procedure – certification of care staff at the Sobriety house in people care.
Aim – Develop the care staff so that they can handle the people during their stay in the Sobriety house with respect to their illness issues.
Scope: All the care staff which are engaged in the people caring activity at the Sobriety House.
Requirement: All the care staffs need to be trained and certified in people handling so that people gets the right support during their stay at the Sobriety house and help them in recovery of their illness issues.
