Make use of stories in the class that can be personal or the ones you have read. The stories should have a good moral and at the same time fun to listen to. Get involved in extracurricular activities with the students and play sports with them.

You should always answer the question on the spot but if you do not know then explain to them why you do not know. Just saying I do not know and I will get back to you will ruin your image.
