Question

Formulas for multiple IFs over multiple sheets...

So, I have another dilemma that I am hoping your wonderful minds can figure out - or maybe tell me it isn't possible which I am hoping is not the case.

I have a workbook that contains 3 sheets, 1) is the overview look, 2) is the Master Agreements, and 3) is the Insurance list. I want the overview to return certain things based on information in the other two sheets. Here is a link to the actual document: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwcRZTCMMg-9RlJ6b0xWN1poT0U/edit?usp=sharing

Ideally, sheet 1 (Vendor List) would do this:

Is any/all of that doable? I know that is a lot of formula requests...but I am terrible with formulas.

Thanks for your help!

Explanation / Answer

Hi,

Try this

1. In cell C2, enter this formula and copy down

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A2,'Master Subcontracts'!$A$3:$D$139,4,0),"")

2. In cell D2, enter this formula and copy down

=IF(COUNTIFS('Insurance List'!$A$2:$A$184,'Vendor List'!A2,'Insurance List'!$D$2:$D$184,">="&TODAY())>0,"Yes","No")

I do not understand your last requirement. Please clarify.

Hope this helps.
