Above is an example of the table I am trying to achieve.
The first row has this formula in it {=INDEX(Rochester!$E$11:$AS$200,AND(MATCH(D132,Rochester!$E$11:$E$200,0),MATCH(F132,Rochester!$G$11:$G$200,0)),4)}
I am running into two problems sourcing the data from another sheet.
1) It isn't returning the right number. it is supposed to return the row with 22864379 but is returning the number ending with 311 instead. I think this has to do with my Match function maybe??
2) I am only getting the value of the first cell not the full length of the array from each column.
