The given problem describes the concept of giving information about the New CEO appointed to different work groups of the company through different media. The most prominent and easy way to understand this will be by elevating the concept of a Recruitment Company. Let us imagine that there is CEO who has run the company and as he wants to retire from his position, his son is the next CEO of the company who is going to take charge in the very next month.
Basically, Recruitment team contains three different Groups. Mainly, three groups will play a prominent role in the progress of Recruitment. They are 1) Clients, 2) Recruitment Heads and 3) Recruitment team.
The Secretary or Personal Assistance (PA) of CEO will take all the information regarding the New CEO and give that to the Recruitment Heads through an Email. The tone will be completely professional in such a way that the Recruitment Heads will get alert about the New CEO. The Email has to include different personality traits, achievements, and the CEO behavior. The tone of the Email has to leverage the alert the mindset of Recruitment heads so that they will become the followers of the New CEO.
And this same information will be sent to the Clients by Respective Recruitment Heads through an Email first and later they have to inform the clients through Formal Phone Call. And this phone call has to be very clear so that the client will get full information about the New CEO and also they will get attention about CEO. Later on, the CEO will be given all the information regarding different Clients of the company and a formal will be arranged by CEO with clients to interact more and more and the CEO may take new initiatives to increase the bond between them.
And at last, the Recruitment Team will be given the same information of CEO through what’s app message. But, this message is done by Recruitment Heads wherein the first case, Head will tell the respective team member about the New CEO through a meeting. And later on, all team members will get the information of CEO through an Email of outlook (Formal Email Writing platform created by Microsoft). On the Reporting day of CEO, all the Heads of Clients, Recruitment Teams, Recruitment Heads will be gathered at a place where formal engagement letter of CEO will be done for the position.
