First, set the context. Something like, “It struck me that some cultures tend to be more masculine, others more feminine. I would like to focus on why it’s so cool to work in a feminine culture.” Then write the motivational post.

Remember the structure of the post is a: title (for interest), a short description (to motivate us to click), and the link. The link can be an article, video, movie trailer, assessment, etc.

Keep it short. No more than 200 words. The grade is based on creating interest, motivating us to click and the quality of the link, not how many words created.

Explanation / Answer

Hi,

Thanks for the question.

Collaborative Culture:

To work in an organization, you need to possess different skills and you also develop different skills at the job. Communication is the most important skill that is required by the industry the most. If you are not able to communicate with your colleagues and other stakeholders, there is no point of having any thoughts or ideas in your mind. You must communicate it to the respective departments and get the work done. That is why the skill of communication is very important for all the employees in any organization.

Collaboration is basically an understanding between a set of people to work together for the same goal/objective. Each and every individual is having his own ideas and thoughts of performing a particular task. With the collaboration, you get the mix of all the thoughts and then only you can create something extra - ordinary. That is when team work really comes into picture. With the unconditional trust in the group and different ideas merging together, we can achieve success in our goals.
