This week we've studied about organizational structure and change. The old adage "the only thing that's constant is change" rings true in business as well as personal life.
Please reflect on a time when organizational change had an impact on your job or personal life.

Organizational changes are required to bring on more efficiency and productivity. The change is required to meet the customer needs and to figure out growing opportunities. these have both positive and negative impact on employees.
