Every drinks bottling Company has a vertical structure to follow. There are two vertical structures which is flat and tall structure in any company. A company follows only one structure of two. The Flat vertical structure means les details and less power distribution among so many people. So managers in a flat structure enjoy more freedom and have more responsibility also as compared to any vertical structure. In any bottling company such flat structure can be beneficial only if workers are more trained and responsible because there is no scope of middle level managers. This means that more frequent communication between managers and juniors workers which eventually leads in better understanding of company goals.
