Please help me start my essay below

Write a paper, in which you are to present your recommendations for how a full-time college faculty charged with course development and maintenance should be trained in usability principles and how the usability of their products (individual courses) should be tested and monitored. Remember that all the college courses are structured within a five-module learning structure, consisting of introduction, case, background, and project, even though there may be considerable variation in how these are implemented across courses and faculty. Please feel free to draw upon specific courses that you may have had for illustrations as necessary. The more specific you can be about what the training should consist of and what resources can be used in it, the better.

The case for this Module extends our discussion of usability to consider the
circumstances under which usability decisions are made and the processes
governing such decisions. As a starting point, please read the following short

everything to post-design testing:

Explanation / Answer

Usability = the course should be helpful; meaningful So? Teach people what they need to know. 1. Top 10% students = teach them more philosophical skills; higher-level mathematics; economics; prepare them for law school 2. Middle 50% students = teach them critical thinking skills targeted for business school and the free market economy 3. Bottom 40% = teach them real-world applications - discrete mathematics for store management; real-world financial management; interpersonal and teaching skills. Bottom line? Match skill with skill; need with need. Good luck on your essay!
