Please help me start a reflection paper on organization behavior?

Part I - will focus on insights and thought-provoking comments from the discussion board or the course content which generated an increased understanding of the information and an awareness of the practical application of the knowledge. Part II - In this section, each student will create his/her own Top Ten List of topics that were interesting and increased the student's knowledge. Ten normally being at the bottom of the list and one being at the top. However, in this assignment, the topics will be reversed ten will be at the top and one at the bottom; however, one should represent the most significant/relevant/important topic.

Part 1:

Study of organization Behavior as a subject puts light on people and their different behavioral aspects in an organization. It helps in building an organization that can effectively achieve its goals and objectives. There are many topics that have helped in improving my understanding of the real world. But, one topic that I find to be the most significant one is “Leadership”. It is the one topic that is very important for anybody because the effective leadership style and methods can steer any organization out of the trouble and lead to the path of the growth & development. There are many great and giant organizations and all of them carry a unique leadership style. It pulls different other aspects of organizational behavior and build them on the strength of the organization. Topics such as Motivation, organization structure, power and personality traits, and management theories are progressively managed through a good leadership style. It not only brings Charisma but also, motivates people with effective communication to make them follow the leader. It is applied effectively within the world’s largest retail chain or World’s best Air Lines. It is the leadership style that has put them ahead with a competitive advantage.

Leadership also helps in change management that is mandatory in volatile and dynamic business environment of today. It requires organizational restructure, employee counseling and reintegration of people, organizational structure and technology. It can only be achieved through effective leadership that senses the change in environment and acts accordingly. Thus, success is ensured.
