The registrar office maintains a master text file, called classes.txt. This file contains the names of all classes taught at the uiversity. For each class the registarr office keeps a file with ID numbers of the students who took that class and their final numerical grade in the class.
The Registar office also keeps another master fie, called students.txt, with the Id numbers and names of all the students registered at teh university
Task: Develop a system that would provide the following features
1. Register new student
registers new student with the following details:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Student ID
2. Drop student from university
Remove all information from the record: first and last name, student ID, and all courses taken.
3. Add a couse and grade
Add(s) a course and grade to the record provided the student is already registered.
4. Modify student info
Modify the first and last name only.
5. Display grade report
Display a grade report using student ID.
6. Display student info of highest and lowest average
Display student(s) information with the highest and lowest average.
7. Exit
all text fiels would be replaced with the content of the array/structure.
Note: The program should read all the data files, and fill an array of structues.
