(Of course, all of you taking this course have distance learning and traditional classroom experiences to compare, but as schedule flexibility is usually cited as one of the main advantages to e-learning, and most of us have prescribed schedules at work, that probably is not applicable to this discussion.)

Explanation / Answer

Electronic training is the modern version of training provided to the students and the employees. This type of training has many advantages as well as disadvantages when compared to the traditional method of training.

Some of the work related tasks which can be delivered electronically are mentioned below

Even though electronic training can reduce the cost and the time consumed in the training provision, some of the tasks should be provided in a traditional training setting. Some of them include
