Question

What are the connection points at the topmost level of the Internet's heirarchical structure? (A) MAEs (B) NAPs (C)POPs (D) regional ISPs

I know National ISP is one of the ISPs that operates at the topmost level of the Internet. The question does not include this option. So very large national Internet service providers are at the top (example AT&T or Sprint). The national ISPs connect and exchange data at the NAPs. I am leaning towards B as my answer?
