Patient management system keeps the patients' information related to the patients. It keeps record such as patient file number, patient type (e.g. OPD, ER etc.), disease name, medicine or test recommended by doctor. The system maintains the records of the patients. The patient opens his file by providing basic information i.e. name, address, mobile number, type of sickness etc. Patient may underpass a medical test, The patient can print his file information. The customer can know about his last 3 test results at least. The hospital may have thousands of patients. The hospital manager is able to search a patient based on patient number or name of patient. Relational Database Management System is the best suited approach for constructing patient details.
1. The pateint details are collected during the entry time hence through these details we can easily retrive patient details.
