In my opinion, Communication must be open within organization. It means every member of the hospital could take necessary suggestion from experienced physician or doctors in relation to provide a cure to the patients. For communicating with the patients, staffs must be given a formal training as it will be quite helpful in achieving the business goal of the organization. There must be two or more counter which facilitates any queries raised by the patients as well as from their family members.
Any technical interventions or personalized software which maintains communication, resources /inventory with hospital, financial records of a patients, and other necessary details of a patient after their permission will lead to a well managed communication network within the organization.
Even, they should have a team of dedicated physician, specialists and nurses who mange every essential requirements to secure the life of a patient in case of an emergency care . They should have focus on developing a healthy relationship with the patients as it leads to a good image of the organization in the public, which will provide ultimately an increased profit at the end of a year of operation. Hospital should have its own policy, guidelines for taking admission to the patients; communicate with the consultants & hospital administration so as to generate a mutual beneficial relationship.
