2. Check if that row have seat left.
a. If no seats available go back to step 1.
b. If seats are available move to check out.

a. if 8th row is chosen

b. else if 7th row is chosen
total_revenue = 20 * number of seats.
c. else if 6th row is chosen
total_revenue = 30 * number of seats.
d. else if 5th row is chosen
total_revenue = 40 * number of seats.
e. else if 4th row is chosen
