Respected Sir/Madam,
This letter is being written to state grievances regarding few alarming issues that the school is experiencing at present. This is to bring to your notice that violence in the school premises is increasing with time and it is no more restricted to normal school fights instead there are instances where students are noticed carrying knives. There has been an incident recently a female student was bullied in social media by another female student and the language used in the process is not at all expected from a student representing the Richland County School. The school authorities need to take actions or else the situation will go out of hand, there should be routine inspection of the students belongings and if any item causing threat should be seized and the parents of the students should be informed. There should be a awareness to end violence and specialists should be hired to educate the students about non violence and if any student possessing extreme violent nature should be counselled because such attitude should be treated at the initial stages for the betterment of the child.
Pay of the teachers is another concern and various teachers are complaining about the issue and the issue is not only less pay but there are instances where it is observed that some are getting a high pay but others are not in spite of same years of experience and equal ability. In order to avoid such discrepancies the school should set a basic norm which is applicable to all teachers and if any teacher is paid a high salary than others then the reason should be communicated to the management because such issues create a sense of bias and will effect the normal functions.
In each and every child's education and upbringing, parental involvement is very much important and it has been proved that the parents play an important role here. There are many students who are facing real challenges in school in some way or the other and need parental guidance but their parents hardly get time to invest on their child. There has been meetings with the parents regarding the issue but they have been concerned but could not help the cause, therefore the school should look at this issue seriously. A students career depends on their parent's role and here the school has to intervene and adopt some exception measures for students who are not getting adequate care from their parents. The objective of the school is to educate the students and I guess it will continue to do so solving and taking care of such issues.
