I will first give them the general overview of business environment in USA and how a democratic government regulate the market and business activities so that mass people can get benefit from the growth of the business.Then I will expain them how federal laws are legislated and enacted in USA like the Congress and role of president.During this procedure I will put a brief explanation of separation of powers among the organs of government like legislative (Congress), Executive(President) and Judiciary(Supreme Court). I will clear the new team about the need of laws passed by the federal government and why business should comply those laws.The enacted laws have to be implemented by the agency which are part of executive and if any company does not comply with the existing rules then it is the jurisdiction of the agency to overlook it.
