PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Today’s world, Urgent Care is very much required and also need to be given as a priority in every corner. Urgent Care Center is setup to assist patients with an illness or injury that does not appear to be life –threatening, but also can’t wait until the next day, or for primary care doctor to see them. In this project, we will brief for establishing a new urgent care with the scope, deliverables, milestone schedule, team requirements, finance requirements and risks and issues.
PROJECT SCOPE / PROBLEM:
Project scope is to establish a new Urgent Care and Project scope has to include conceptual studies, Basic engineering, Detail engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and operation.
A new Urgent Care has to cover of Life-threatening emergencies, such as a heart attack or a serious head injury, require a visit to the Urgent Care Center. For the days and hours that primary care physicians are closed, Urgent Care Center provide easy access quality healthcare. It ensure that patients with urgent medical needs receive the best medical expertise days, nights, weekends and most holidays. When faced with a medical problem that requires immediate care, it is often hard to determine if it is truly an emergency, or if it is an urgent medical issue etc.,
And this new Urgent Care shall have complete speciality requirements, access at the right location to the people etc.,
DELIVERABLES:
Deliverables are to be issued for setting up a new Urgent Care.
MILESTONE SCHEDULE:
Schedule shall be in 12 months from the period starting from January 2018 to December 2018.
TEAM REQUIREMENTS:
Following Team members will be required for establishing a urgent care.
FINANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Finance shall be obtained from Bank or from any other source and approximate value for establishing a new Urgent care is US$ 600,000.
