This mini project is a small section of student registration database.
The database needs to record
students (ID, first name, last name, and gender),
section(section number, classroom),
course (ID, course description)
instructor (ID, first name, last name, office location)

I think the relationship between students and course is incorrect, the relationship you have given is that one student can enroll in one and only one course. But ideally a student can enroll in many courses. For a program we should give the flexibility to the student so that he can enroll in many courses.
The same is in case of relationship between instructor and teaches. An instructor can teach multiple sections. For example a teacher john who teaches biology is teaching section A as well as section B.
Also there might be the possibility that a instructor is not at all teaching any section. Maybe he is joined newly and still not allocated to any section.
So the relationship between instructor and teaches should be an instructor can teach more than 1 section and may or may not teach any section at all.
Also, what will be the primary key for teaches. For the table teaches for 1 section number there might me more than 1 entry because for 1 section there might be more than 1 instructor so sectionnumber cant be the primary key. Even I am not sure what should be the primary key for this, it actually depends on the SRS diagram so cant comment on that, but you can figure out a way.
