1. The Certified Pubic Accountant is an independent contractor who undertakes the works related to analysis, documentation, compliance, filing with authorities and communication related to tax matters of an individual, He /she works for a fixed fee for the task assigned.
2.CEO is an agent / partner of the company and shares an employee - employer relationship with the Executive Secretary, who keeps account of his /her commitments, schedules and tasks. The Executive Secretary is the single point of contact for the CEO, and schedules appointments and fixes meetings in consultation with the CEO. He /She is also responsible for a number of clerical and administrative tasks.
3. A Nurse - Doctor relationship is an employee employer relationship where the nurse is responsible for handling the nursing related tasks to assist the doctor's work.
