I need one more requirement a really good one.
REQ1.1 The Vineyard Database should be configured in an Active/Passive Cluster with automatic failover within a Windows Clustered environment. The configuration should include the following RAM Specifications as the minimum:

REQ1.2 The Vineyard Database should be Configured with the following Drive/LUN devices on a SAN with multi iSCSI I/O Channels

L: LOGS 120GB [1,0]
T: TempDB 320GB> [1,1]
S: SWAP File 200GB> [0,2]

REQ1.3 The Vineyard Database should be able to process multiply data sources from ETL Processes running through a job agent with out record locking, disk contention
REQ1.4 The Vineyard Database should be able to provide reports in near real-time of humidity levels above the required max value calculated for the dewpoint value
REQ1.5 The Vineyard Database should be able to store multiply years of historical data
REQ1.6 The Vineyard Database should be backed up to best practice requirements
REQ1.7 The Vineyard Database should have routine maintenance performed weekly through a job agent. indexes should be reviewed after maintenance schedule to verify if changes are required. If Heap Files have been created determine if index needs to be added.
REQ1.8 The Vineyard Database should have a process that checks data Quality before data is written to the tables with in each ETL process.
REQ1.9 All data being processed from any source should be profiled and pass an acceptable threshold.
