As the Graph is clearly showing that it refers to the MEDICAL CARE EXPENDITURES in the period of 1965 - 1979. It is well partitioned by showing the expenditures as Per Capita Income , as NationWide Total and Percentage of GNP
The graphics are quiet impressive and perfectly designed as per the given information. As the information is related to Medical Care Expenditures the Graphics are Shown with Hospital Beds which shows how creative the Graphic Designer is.
Similarly all the elements of the Graphics are clearly visible without any confusion which helps the reader to enjoy while reading the content.
The color combination is perfectly fitted to ensure that every element of the page is clearly visible to the reader.
And the description of the image ' Too much expense on medical care makes bars feel sick ' which is an interesting message.
But here is the main interesting fact ::

The entire info is in the period of 1965 - 1979 which is plotted on the bargraphs starting with 1965 - 1970 - 1975 -1979
