1.. Yes, the airline makes the right decision from a marketing standpoint they follow the code of conduct of the Airline company. They did not allow the person who is more than 2-year-old don’t have seat. It may risk the life of the person actually.
2. I would have handled the situation if I had the authority as making them to travel in the plan but later sends the bill to their home it should be taken consideration before in to account.
