Hi I need help with this assignment for both parts the questions and the email I suppose to be a product tester for a travel-booking company and I suppose to include how I like working with the user stories and what I could have added and then creating an email to proper responses the communication to be identified and what response should be expected to receive. I will put the direction at the bottom of this page. Please I need it to fill out all correctly formatted and have every step answered I am little confused on the email part and the questions can someone please help me thank you.

I have gone through your problem statement. Loved the scenario.
First of all if I am a product tester of some travel booking company. I will first try to collect as much user stories as possible.
As we all know, in this fast growing world, evaluation on review is the most crucial part today. In e commerce site also, reviews and ratings are very important. So here also, people who have booked tickets or hotels through our travel booking company, must have come again to express their experience with the products and services we are offering. Every story or review must be unique in its kind ans based on user experience.
On going through the stories, I will try to find below questions like-
What part of the story is relevant for developing our cases?
what part is totally irrelevant?
In what part, user has shown the sentiments?
In what part, user has made a comparison?
In what part, user has given incomplete ideas, views?
Any improvement or suggestion given by user?
How to directly or indirectly prompt user for the information found missing?
Etc.
