Im on the home stretch of this project and would like some help in sounding more business professional.
In my project, I am trying to optimize the black board for students, teachers, and others who are involed with this website.
We have done the phases of the project life cycle, developed a Earn value analysis, and have also developed gannt charts. Im on the last part of the project developing the front matter.
Impediments / obstacles encountered
When redeveloping the blackboard system, we encountered stipulations that our sponsors wanted executed. We had to make sure that our BB optimization presented McGraw Hills Logo in certain web pages to meet our agreement of 30% representation. A result in

We are approximately 55% done with our project with an estimation of 54 days left until our deadline. We still have to pilot test our project as well as form quality insurances.
Lessons learned
1. We have learned to better understand our employees schedules outside of work.
