About a half-hour after he had finished his last service call for the day, Frank was on his way home when he hit a deer. Frank was still in his company uniform (with company logo), driving his own personal truck with a company decal stuck to both sides. He has liability-only insurance on his vehicle and no personal-injury insurance as he works in a low-risk occupation. This is a two-part question: First, what liability does the company have for Frank’s injuries if he is a full-time, hourly employee? Second, what liability does the company have for Frank’s injuries if he is an independent contractor? How else are these employment relationships different? Be specific and try to name as many reasons as you can.

Answer: 1) The infrastructures means road , transportation, railways operation, airport, shipping, electricity supply, drainage system, drinking water facility, development commercial shops and housing infrastructure etc.
The business organization has get influenced with these aspects of infrastructure. Without a proper infrastructure study about a particular country , it is better idea that not to enter into that market because without it products delivery and services is not possible to different geographical locations specially in remote areas. Also if electric supply is not proper then producing mass products will be not possible. Also for warehousing and offices set up commercial spaces are required so infrastructure is very important aspects while entering into a new markets.
Answer: 2) The impact of politics on business is crucial . Example: suppose a company deals with an another firm in Libiya . The political drama taken place in Libya and the new government has posed restrictions on that particular area of trade in which the deal of business was happened.
So it was a great risk for that company which wish to increase its operations in overseas.
The political conditions in Pakistan, Vietnam, Turkey, Western Ukraine etc has many time shown a unstable political governance so company do not take interest in these area for business operations.
