Implementing the One of the most important task for any organisation. As most of the working structures and people from different backgrounds work together to create a competitive advantage better understanding of the market.Creating a code of ethics for the organisation to maintain cultural diversity would be my first step to implement the diversity in to the organisational structure. for creating a diversity awareness programme, Games for my organisation. With the help proper resourcing implementing the diversity program into the organisation I would definitely be increasing the overall level of involvement of the employs into the organisational structure. Activities related to stereotyping and reducing the racism would be my main concern for the activity implementation program.

For monitoring the of the I would use diversity meetings statistical data to measure out effect. With the employees and contact appointing a manager to maintain and major would be my means to .look into the diversity period . Advantages of ethics . Measurement of ethics require proper conduct an analysis of the situation inside your narration with which we can easily measured defectiveness of the diversity programme which was implemented into the organisation. Measuring the productivity as well as measurement of the happiness index of the employees in the workplace is also an Essencial part of measuring the effectiveness of the diversity implementation program.

Hire productive levels and happy working environments in the workplace would be my main concern by implementing cultural diversity. These diversity programs would definitely increase the overall effectiveness and reduce the stereo typing as well as cultural racism in the organisation. By having a specific code of conduct for the organisation, overall level of ethics and responsibility to words the customer would also be increased which would directly benefit the organisation in exchange of a positive brand image
