Solution:
Since column names are not given resulting from 4 I'll just call them column1, column2, coloumn3, column4, column5, column6.and tha table name as Monthly_Order_Report.
SELECT column1, column2, coloumn3, column4, column5, column6 AS Customer, ID, Total Orders, Average Orders, Min Order, MaxOrder FROM Monthly_Order_Report
The above query will alias the above given columns on proper formatting of understandable Monthly Order Report.
