1.Rule making:
Administration agencies use rule making process to create.
Agencies create regulations through rulemaking.
Rulemaking power is subject to judical reviews.
2.Adjudication:
Administrative adjudication is a judicial powers by an asministrative
agency.
Generally the administrative agencies deals with disputes between individuals and
government in terms of benefits.
3.Investigation:
Administration agencies have a power to conduct investigations.
The form of investigation depends on the nature of question
to be decided.

Data refers to the set of values of qualitative variables.
DAta quality if it is fit for intended uses in operations,decision making
and planning.
Data cleansing may be required in to ensure the data quality.
Data profiling assess the data to understand the quality challenges.
Data standardization helps that data conforms to quality rules.
