1) For example if I have a company name with ABC then I will implement these typeservices
A) Everything is going on okey in company but there is a lake of in management due to this we get some fault in the form of employees like if company is continuing gaining revenue and he is not providing support to his employee and misbehaving something then some good employees might be left that organisation so it's a fault for that company.
B) Configuration management is that in each and every time company higher management should be decided to share information related to related to projects, events, some good facts which will happening in future but which has to be shared with employees so that they can motivate
C) If the employees working good then management rights is that to share performance for that employee or has to be put an performance indicators so that they can judge which presents is doing good or not so that they can make better effort on that.
D) Security is best way to provide each and every time by the management so that we can't lake our security. In office premises there will be security for job, female candidates has an security for timely reached out to there home and kind of this lot of more security will be there.
E) This is main parts of each and every company to handle all accounting activity related to amount, tax, company administration activity, business goal, business strategy kind of these activities are there.
2) If I am the manager then I will handle these management task easily. I will implement these rules for everyone so that everyone can got there value of time.
In the present scenario employees dnt have time to spend some more moment with there family and all. So I will apply these rules for everyone so that employees can do work best work for company and management can provide actual facility which in for those who needs it.
