I need to write a hardship letter. I do not know how to write more effectively. I am struggling to pay my rent and I wanna ask the Tulsa Community Foundation, which was being sponsored by my current company. We can ask anything to this Tulsa Community Foundation whenever we face hardship. My predicament are as follows: Recently I have a baby (on Dec 17,17) and right after that I have my hernia surgery (on Dec 21, 2017). Due to such circumstances, I could not work and I have no income at all. Therefoe, I need help in paying my rent.
So, could you kindly write a formal letter(well-written letter) to submit it to the Tulsa Community Foundation so that they will have mercy on me. Thanks a lot for your help!

To Whomsoever it my concern,
I am writing this letter as a humble request for being considered for hardship case for the Tulsa community Foundation.
I have been a consistent employee with lot of goals and objectives about my future in mind. However my recent situation related to financial troubles has caused a roadblock in my life. I have unfortunate situations like the hernia surgery that caused me into financial burden. I have been fortunate to be blessed with a baby but that put a stop on my career. These circumstances have stopped my income and caused financial troubles. I do not even have any income to pay my rent.
I have a long term mission to succeed in my career and work well in my present job. I want to fight actively against my odds and do not want to be let down by the financial troubles.
I request the Tulsa community foundation to consider my case and offer me with financial aid. I have attached the necessary financial documents and my employee feedback certificate with this. I am looking forward to receive a positive reply. Thank you for your consideration and time.
