Remind us of your project goals in 1-2 sentences. As you review your WBS, are there tasks that can be completed concurrently or do they all need to be completed as serial activities? How would you use Microsoft Project to display serial versus concurrent activities? Explain at least one time and one resource constraint that could impact your project. In Unit 2, you created the initial WBS for your project. In Unit 4, we continue working with that WBS to create a project schedule and critical path. In addition, you will analyze what constraints may be present for your project.

WBS - It refers to the work break down structure. This is the step by step guide in a project that tells us how to achieve the objectives of the project.
In the case that the project is a restaurant then the following two should be the main objectives:
Both the objectives can be completed simultaneously as one is complementary to the another. If the food is tasty and the ambience is beautiful then the positive word of mouth will spread in the community and the customer's turnover ratio will increase.
It is to be noted that this is not the case in each and every project as every project has various merits and demerits. The objectives of the goal determine the sequence of the activities. In the case of restaurant, taste and customers go hand in hand. If one is not good enough it will have a negative impact on the other and vice versa.
In Microsoft project, the benefits of both activities could be shown as one with both activities having a slightly different roadmap but it should be ensured that these activities complement each other as these two objectives are inter-related.
