Which life cycle model would fit best for the following situation? Give a brief justification (1-2 Sentences)
a) Suppose you are the project manager for a larger implementation of a warehouse and purchasing software system, which provides core business functionalities. Almost all requirements are well defined from the beginning, since they depend on legislation and various laws governing a business. The department managers using the software product requires the traceability of the requirements to the source code.
b) You are the project manager of a smaller GUI application, for a customer who has no previous software experience. The customer expects that the GUI of the application provides a pleasant layout with good usability.

Justification for problem 1 :
For this type of Project/Problem,,Incremental Life Cycle model will be suitable because firstly,Incremental Model is good for Large Projects and as the Requirements will change( i.e Various Laws and Legislation ),,System can be updated easily without any loss. And since it is a warehouse's responsibilites,then it is very obvious that it will be a large project,so it should be made with increments.
Justification for problem 2 :
For this type of Project/Problem, Prototype Life Cycle Model will be suitable because the reason is that it is a that type project in which client/customer is expecting the things in a good manner without knowing any Requirements regarding this project.
