Solution:- If someone uses his/her skills and knowledge to develop harmony in society,retaining personal rights with freedom, provides security from harmful threat under government laws, rules and regulations then Ethical Hacking is ethical.
Ethical implications in teaching hacking techniques in a class room are given below:-
1- Provide Training to students regarding protecting the data
2- In order to make a strong and secure network.
3- Full awareness of ethics and cyber security laws.
4- Testing the system for existing flaws and loopholes in order to maintain security issues.
5- Identify the main areas of the system on where a hacker can harm or attack and creating an advance solutions
for the same.
The steps for becoming an ethical hacker are given below:-
1- First of all, you will have to start your career in IT field with graduate degree in computer science that will give
you all basic & essential knowledge of computer programming & security issues.
2- Then get A+ certification with some work experience.
3- After that you can get additional certification program like Network+ or CCNA. By doing this you can easily find
jobs of Network support engineer.
4- after that you will have to do security certificates like security+, CISSP, TICSA.
5- By doing all thing you must have the knowledge of Linux/Unix ,C,Perl, Java.SQL,Oracle.
6- Now you can get certificaion of Certified Ethical Hacker offered by International Council of Electronic Commerce

Yes, There should be code of ethics for ethical hacker. these are given below:-
1- Essential information should be kept private,restricted and confidential.
2- maintain secracy of that information from 3rd party vendor/client without their approval.
3-maintain originality of work along with safty concern of Intellectual Property rights.
4- Ensure your qualification in order to complete any project.
5-Don't use illegal software.
6-Don't be involve in any fraud or unethical workouts.
7-Always do regular study about e-commerce platform and new security issues raised in the market.
8-Don't be involve in any malicious workouts.
9- Don't be ever supportive to any hacker.

As an ethical hacker I would like to share my findings only with Company's Network Administrator and Technical Project manager in order to prevent any harmful damage to system's security and for managing further requirements of advanced security equipments installation.
