There are four basic approaches to ethical decision-making the utilitarian, moral rights, universalism and justice approach. Hotel Chocolat strategies used like teaming up with the local government to run training workshops for farmer groups. They also committed to buy their cocoa above the world market rate so it enhances its ethical practices. Hotel Chocolat also acknowledges the growing importance consumers are placing on the sourcing of their food, their websites highlights the importance of customer feedback in building up its ethical business. They rejected Fair Trade accreditation in order to control its own ethical standards. They also highlight that the company does. to promote ethicalness solely as a marketing tool. The Hotel should also lay emphasis on following eco-friendly practices in the campus and maintaining high quality standards in terms of hygiene and food materials procured and cooked and served for the customers. They should lay emphasis on organic food products used in preparing dish and following ethical behavior while competing with the competitors and serving the customers.
