And the world is moving towards digital Technologies, implementation of information technology is necessary as it provides extensive support to the structure of the organisation. Factors which are responsible for failing Information Technology implementation are as follows :- Training Implementing different way Technologies but not providing proper training to the employees of the organisation. Overall productivity of the specific Information Technology, strictly reduces as there is no operating capability is from the sidebar the employees which reduces the overall productivity as well as the efficiency of the organisation. System implementation If the system implementation is not adequate, information of Technology would be of no use as the implemented system would not be beneficial by any means and create problems in the organisation rather than being beneficial for the organisation. It would definitely fail to deliver the returns which were invested in implementation of the specific Technology. Complexity Complex structures should not be implemented into the organisations as most of the employees does not know how to operate the specific technology. By implementation of simpler structures effectiveness of the learning as well as overall expenses on training programs would be very widely reduced as simple programs required less training resulting better cost savings.
