Working while in School: Its impact on school life
Working during college/school has many benefits as well as difficulties. Many students feel that taking on a part-time job will distract from their studies at school. It can seem overwhelming to take on a part-time or full-time job while going to school, but it is possible to do this. Although it does take extra effort to hold down a job and still get good grades, one can do it.
Working in school will be a challenging part because of following reasons:
Time Management: Devoting equal time to study as well as the job is impossible for many students. As time passes burden will go on increasing as they haven’t touched any subject in a week or so. There are following three different live examples –
Lack of Sleep: The school syllabus is huge. If one cannot complete it in time, God knows what will happen! Sacrificing sleep seems to be a better option for most working students.
Working in college may result in poor grades: Many students were surprised that their grades decrease when they begin working part-time. This is a result of obstacles to organize and plan your study time effectively.
