The major impediment to any agile implementation is that a company spends a considerable amount of effort and the process is greeted with a lot of fanfare and usually successful, but as it matures the discipline wanes. Please research companies that have experienced this issue. Arrive at one company that has undertaken this model and shown remarkable results. Submit a 3-page APA-formatted paper. The Agile Manifesto is a clear declaration that consists of four key values and twelve principles.Author of this manifesto has suggested that Based on these values and principles software developers should perform their work.Under this a group of people explain the agile process of developing a new software.
"Spotify" has done the agile : Spotify has started their business as a small startup in Sweden and in a few years it has become a big company.It has approx. 30 engineering teams and 4 development offices.It operates its business in two continents.
Need of agile manifest: As Spotify was rapidly growing in competitive environment. External environment and threat of competitors were the main challenges for the Spotify.They had to improve their product continuously and rapidly.They had to attract the number of users and to increase the employees to improve the platforms, equipments and device.
