However, he wants to pick the features of a database management system (DBMS) to fit his needs only, i.e., he wants to buy/use a DBMS ! with the fewest possible features. He plans to run it as a stand-alone application on his laptop. Of course, he does not plan to share his data with anyone. One should buy the query language as he/she needs to store the data to the database where as the data volume is huge. Hence using a query language would lessen his/her work and automate the insertion of the data by using a query/queries. Some of the examples being the SQL, SuprTool, etc.
