1) Data Based Decision Making:

The data based decision making or the data driven decision making as the name suggests is defined as the process to collect as well as analyze the types of data that might include the demographics or tests or the processed data that can be used for getting to a conclusion or a decision for improving the process or system.

2) Decision Bias:

Decision biased can otherwise be termed as a psychological bias or cognitive bias which is meant to create a decision which is unclear or is with unclear judgement and can further lead to missing on opportunities and poor decision makings.

3) Ergonomics:

This is defined as the study that would include the efficiency of a person in the working surrounding.

4) Feedback:

Feedback is the response or reaction to any situation or product or task or comment etc which is made on an intention to improve.

5) Governance:

This is a process which will check the effectiveness as well as the efficiency of the IT organization for achieving their goals.

6) Heuristics:

This is a method that is evolved from experiences and allows one to think about the elimination or trial error processes. This is otherwise a shortcut method.
