Workers personality, values and attitudes define how a person will interact with others in the organization. It builds social interaction within the organization. People with different personalities and values have different opinions in a team, considering all a team could be able to reach a particular decision without leaving any perspective unopened. The more diverse and organization the more opportunity of learning something new in the organization. The values of individuals shape their mind about what they think about diversity in their workplace. Motivating diversity in organization bring innovation and creativity which ultimately results in competitive advantage for the company. The employees should show respect for all people in the organization. there may not be two persons of the same kind, so employees must learn to appreciate each other’s differences .in order to promote diversity and ethics in the organization developed a future pool of leaders that is representative of the diverse cultures, values, races, genders, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs. Make work arrangement flexible catering to the needs of all employees because an employee who is feeling personally and professionally fulfilled is a productive employee. Make sure to involve members of all genders working towards creating a fair and equal work environment. Make an inclusive workplace fostering the principles of fairness, respect, equality, dignity and autonomy. there is a positive political power in the organization that helps improve productivity as clear policies and chains of command makes it easier for employees to give quality work. There can Abe a negative political power resulting from favoritism, dishonest or unethical behavior to get ahead which leads to decreases in productivity and higher turnover rates. Personality is that characteristic of an individual which when influenced in the right direction would take the company towards success. If the manger is able to appeal to employee’s personality, it will help increase job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover.
