Diversity today has been quite an integral part of an organization and therefore the organization need to think about is in a serious manner so that they do not lose out on potential business and employees as well. I believe that instead of the English only policy they can actually encourage other languages as well and this will make the diversity factor work for the organization. There is no doubt that communication is the key to success but organizations have to try such alternative method which will actually give them a competitive advantage over it socnoetitors in the industry. This is difficult to implement but with proper planning and training it can be feasible and such organizations will actually flourish in the industry. -250 words

Corporates should outline & support an organizational ethos which maximizes the advantages of diversity, & utilize that culture to manage different clusters of organizational members, consumer service response teams,  start-up teams , project teams, & top-level management. It has been observed that discrimination is the most frequently faced hurdle for accepting workplace diversity, personnel & applicants should be treated in a fair manner in their employment & promotions, based on their capabilities, & not on arbitrary features of religion, colour ,national origin, age, gender or physical handicap. This would eradicate this hurdle to a great extent. Few of the strategies which result in inclusiveness which can be implemented in corporations are systematic learning about cultural variations & the manner in which business is done in the nation where the foreign assignment is, training personnel to learn about & be sensitive to the cross-cultural variations, motivating personnel to accept assignments overseas, & imparting language training, which can enhance employees’ capability to operate with diverse others with cultural variations & enhance inclusiveness in an establishment.

Organizations can reduce miscommunication with diverse others & construct relations with diverse others by executing the following strategies, i.e, by communicating effectually, functioning with diverse others, motivating peers to be open whilst discussing their personal opinions, educating personnel about differences. These approaches will enhance the awareness about workplace diversity.
